Back in home waters - September 2nd

Had an excellent night crossing to Harwich in flat water and the best cabin on the ship, just a shame we couldn't make the most of the stunning view from the porthole.  Now we're battling the garden, and up to our ankles in windfall apples and plums, all of which have been bruised in a freak hail storm in our absence.  The hail stones also broke greenhouse windows and dented the bonnet and roof of our formerly pristine little I10!
View of a beautiful dawn over the Orwell estuary from Harwich.
